Description

Taylor 2071 is a high solids, cross-linking, Amide-Ester-Acrylate, resin-based adhesive. This specially formulated adhesive has good early strength buildup for immediate grab and gradually builds into a tenacious but resilient bond as the chemicals in the adhesive cross-link.

Taylor 2071 is formulated for the interior installation of dry-back parquet, cork sheets & cork tile, engineered wood plank, acrylic impregnated plank, and pre-finished and unfinished solid wood flooring.

Limitation: NOT recommended for Teak

Please note that while this adhesive is waterproof when cured, wood flooring must still be protected from excessive moisture. The Permeance (Vapor Transmission Rate) for 2071 is 0.59 grams per M2 /24 hr/mmHg according to ASTM 96-00 standard test. Although this adhesive retards MVT, it is not intended to function as a moisture barrier.
