Chief Administration Officer, Dan Beard, visited Greenmaker to learn more about green building products. Mr. Beard is in charge of the "Green the Capitol" initiative in Washington D.C. which is a program to make D.C.'s government buildings greener.

Now we’re taking another step further by adding to our inventory a variety low-flow, oxygen infused showerheads and faucet aerators for your bathroom and kitchen. Among the speakers at The Green Festival will be our own Store Manager, Kari McLennan, who will be giving a talk about green careers, and our Project Manager and Resident World Ultimate Frisbee Champ, Lyrica Hammann, will be talking about solutions for making your home a green home. We are also beaming with pride at our fearless leaders, Ori Sivan and Joe Silver, who will be accepting their Green Award from Chicago Magazine. Check out their spread on page 105 in this month’s issue. Aren’t they handsome? And just when you thought we couldn’t possibly offer any more, you’ll find our booth equipped with samples of our wares and helpful, informed, and enthusiastic Greenmaker team members. We’re very friendly, and, oh, so very cute.
